Childcare Assistant

• At least Senior High School Graduate (with tutoring experience) or Bachelor's Degree in Education or any related course.
• Willing to be assigned in Las Pinas and other sites.
• Amenable to work ona shifting schedule.

• Reports directly to the Lead childcare teacher (LCT), then to the OH
• Complies with standards, procedures, rules and regulations indicated in the Management Employee Handbook as well as that of the Partner Company
• Exhibits good work behavior and conduct
• Assists LCT in planning of Activity Plans and preparing of activities/ events guided by the principles of developmentally appropriate practice
• Implements, with LCT, approved Activity Plans and facilitates learning among children
• Complies with the required standard processes such as liquidation reports, daily logs, monthly attendance report and endorsements, etc.
• Attends regular check-in meetings and trainings as required by relevant department
• Helps the child care personnel and childcare assistant in facilitating learning among children
• Assists in the preparation of activities and events that are guided by the principles of developmentally appropriate practice
• Implements, with the guidance of LCT or ACT, approved Activity Plans.
