Marketplace Specialist

Location: Silver City, Pasig (Hybrid)

About the role:

We are seeking a highly driven Marketplace Specialist to take ownership of our Amazon PPC campaigns and deliver measurable growth. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with leadership potential and a strong understanding of how to optimize advertising performance on Amazon.

Job Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI
• Keyword Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research and manage bids strategically
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and create regular reports
• Data & Optimization: Analyze data to identify trends, solve performance challenges, and uncover new opportunities
• Insights, Presentation, & Communication: Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, or collaborate with team members to ensure campaign execution excellence
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on Amazon advertising trends, tools, and best practices

• Flexibility & Support: Other relevant tasks that may be assigned

• Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience with Amazon or Google Ads (PPC, campaign management, analytics)

• Strong background in keyword research & bid management
• Ability to deliver data-driven reports and performance analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Amazon listings management and SEO optimization, and familiarity with broader eCommerce performance marketing strategies are good to have
• Ability and willingness to work on a hybrid work and night shift work set-up in Silver City, Pasig
