UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences and intuitive interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts — then transform them into beautiful, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design UI elements such as buttons, icons, forms, and layouts based on brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product.
• Iterate designs based on testing results and business feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2 years proven UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of user-system interaction.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
