Maintenance Engineer

Compostela Cebu, Philippines Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. Full time ₱400,000 - ₱800,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, scheduling and implementing maintenance processes in accordance to company set standards and policies.
  • Carrying out quality inspections on jobs, dealing with emergency problems and repairs and quick response to equipment break down.
  • Procurement and inventory of materials required in keeping all maintenance work on schedule.
  • Prepare schedule of daily and weekly maintenance or preventive maintenance plan.
  • Ensure accuracy of equipments that needed calibrations.
  • Guide the electrician with the installation, maintenance and repair of wiring systems, electrical equipment and appliances.
  • Receive and dispatch all engineering materials, equipment and machines delivered in the plant for use and distribution.
  • Keep and update maintenance history/records and files.
  • Monitoring of belt break-down, down-time, electrical meter reading.
  • Report updates on weekly meetings and attend trainings.
  • Coordinate with the plant manager, department heads, supervisor and operators with maintenance concerns.
  • Train, coach and supervise civil and maintenance workers.
  • Participate on technical audits, compliance assessments and follow ups on closure on remedial action plans.
  • Responds to all building related safety concerns.

· Communicate with the plant engineer.

· Operate within standard operating procedure (SOP), job safety analysis (JSA) and Occupational Safety and Health Commission (OSHC).

· Other tasks that may be assigned.

Education : Must be a graduate of Mechanical, Electrical Engr. or Other

related course

License : License as Master Electrician

Experience :With or without experience. Mechanical or Electrical Skill

is an advantage

Special Skills :Must be willing to train, Honest, Obedient, Trustworthy
