RPRT Clerk

What you'll do:

• Create Manual RPRT for Daily warehouse downgrades.

• Generate SAP Material Reservation per RPRT indicating actual product, batch code and quantity.

• Responsible in routing all documents of RPRT until fully approved up to BU Managers.

• Provides daily updates regarding the details of items being downgrade in warehouse.

• Coordinate with BLG regarding transfers of products for disposal.

• Ensures that non-conforming has proper documentation of GI.

• Responsible in checking of system stocks in N-Series based on QA dispositions.

• Assist sorting team during validation and final disposition of non-conforming items.

• Collaborate with ICA in monitoring of SOTEX and Expired that are currently in warehouse which need immediate disposition of B.U QA.
  

What we're looking for:

• Must have good communication skills

• Customer-oriented and adaptable to change

• Proficient in computer operations particularly in SAP Application and Microsoft Excel

• Knowledgeable in handling non-conforming products
