We are looking for a seasoned QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Java, Python, and BDD/TDD frameworks like Cucumber or TestNG. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3x a week) UP Technohub, Quezon City

Schedule: Midshift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Friday)

Contract: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
  • Develop automation frameworks and test cases in Java and Python.
  • Implement and maintain BDD/TDD frameworks such as Cucumber or TestNG.
  • Review requirements, design test cases, and execute functional, regression, and integration tests.
  • Identify, log, and track software defects, collaborating with developers for quick resolution.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and scripts for efficiency and scalability.
  • Document test plans, scripts, and results for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Selenium.
  • Proficient in Selenium, Java, and Python.
  • Strong experience with Cucumber or TestNG frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
