Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate the WIMA machine following established operating procedures.
Ensure correct measurements, alignment, and material condition prior to production.
Monitor machine operations to prevent defects such as dents, deformities, short forming, and other damages.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and routine component checks.
Immediately report any machine malfunction, unusual noise, or safety hazard to the supervisor.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for any adjustments or concerns related to machine output.
