Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting checkout operations by ensuring efficient bagging and handling of customer purchases, maintaining cleanliness and order at the counter area, and assisting with logistics preparation. The Bagger helps ensure a smooth and satisfying checkout experience through timely and accurate service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers for a smooth checkout experience.
• Follow store standards in organizing and maintaining the checkout and bagging area.
• Keep the assigned counter clean, tidy, and free from unnecessary items at all times.
• Accurately follow standard boxing and bagging procedures for different item types.
• Ensure baskets and push carts are complete and properly arranged before and after use.
• Check and maintain availability of packaging materials such as paper bags, plastic bags, and other logistics.
• Perform assigned tasks with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Communicate issues or concerns promptly to the immediate head.
• Remain open to feedback, practice workplace safety, and maintain work quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall store operations.

Job Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate; vocational course in retail operations or related field is an advantage.
• With or without related work experience; background in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items.
• Knowledge of basic store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
