About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' in Batangas City, Batangas. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our Fossil SMDS product line. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  2. Demonstrating and promoting the features and benefits of our Fossil SMDS products
  3. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective selling techniques
  4. Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store presentation
  5. Participating in product training and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry
  6. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of our Fossil SMDS products
  4. A passionate and proactive approach to sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
  6. A team-player mentality and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the store
