Job Overview:

We are urgently looking for a dedicated Company Nurse to join our growing team The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting employee health and safety, managing medical concerns in the workplace, and supporting a healthy work environment in a fast-paced BPO setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site medical care, first aid, and emergency response to employees.
  • Monitor and assess employee health conditions and refer them to appropriate health providers when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
  • Participate in health and safety initiatives and programs within the company.
  • Conduct health assessments and provide wellness counseling.
  • Support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license.
  • Preferably with BOSH Certification (Basic Occupational Safety and Health).
  • OHNAP Certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in occupational health or a similar role is preferred.
  • Willing to work on-site and during graveyard shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced BPO environment.
