Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support daily financial transaction recording and classification in QuickBooks Online
  
• Assist with automated bank transaction processing and basic reconciliation tasks
  
• Work collaboratively under senior bookkeeper guidance on financial operations
  
• Help maintain accurate financial records across three clinic locations
  
• Contribute to month-end closing processes following established procedures
  
• Assist with expense allocation and transaction categorization
  
• Learn and implement established financial procedures and protocols
  
• Support financial data organization and record maintenance
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Quickbooks Online
• Basic bookkeeping experience or strong eagerness to learn financial operations
  
• Good English communication skills for team collaboration
  
• Comfortable working night shift hours with flexible scheduling
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
