The Trainee/Applicant shall perform his tasks hereunder provided with Extraordinary Diligence:

  1. Safely transport family members to and from various destinations, including schools, appointments, social activities, and other designated locations with the utmost convenience and comfort that may be reasonably performed under prevailing circumstances;

  2. Adhere to traffic regulations and practice defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers. Any damage in the vehicle due to the driver's negligence will be deducted from his salary.

  3. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle, both inside and outside, and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.

  4. Assist with additional errands, such as grocery shopping, running household errands, and coordinating appointments, as requested by the family.

  5. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and discretion when interacting with family members and maintaining their confidentiality.

  6. Monitor and report any potential security risks or concerns during travel.

  7. Follow all policies and procedures related to the position of a family driver.

  8. Information to the Immediate Superior must be sent two hours prior to the allotted duty hours if the Trainee/Applicant is unable to report for duty for any reason.

  9. The family driver is responsible for keeping his license up to date, and the in-charge to pay the renewal fees.
