Job Summary
An Expense Clerk/Purchasing is responsible for managing and recording financial transactions related to company expenditures.
Job Description
- Process and verify expense claims, invoices, and reimbursement requests
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to expenses
- Monitor departmental budgets and flag discrepancies or overspending
- Prepare periodic expense reports for management review
- Reconcile expense accounts and resolve any inconsistencies
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications
- College graduate
- Computer literate
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- With at least 1 year work experience related inexpense management and accounting.
