About the role

Step into a pivotal role where you'll be the trusted expert for all things tax and compliance in a business that's constantly evolving. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you'll join a high-performing group that values initiative, delivers results together, and supports each other through every challenge and change.

  • Lead the company's tax strategy, ensuring full compliance with Philippine tax laws and proactively manage relationships with tax authorities and auditors
  • Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all tax returns, payments, and regulatory filings, minimizing risk and maximizing value
  • Drive the implementation of new tax regulations and invoice requirements, keeping the organization ahead of legislative changes
  • Champion internal compliance by leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, periodic reviews, and remediation of audit findings
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects, supporting business expansion and embedding robust controls as the organization grows

About You

You're a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on challenge and takes pride in delivering results that matter. You'll value being part of a team that's not only focused on outcomes but also genuinely supports each other, working together with maturity and openness through change. In addition to this you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or equivalent finance certification
  • 5+ years' experience in tax, audit, or finance roles - Big 4 experience a plus
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and hands-on experience with tax accounting and compliance
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
  • Adaptability and a collaborative spirit, with a genuine enthusiasm for leading projects that drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of business integrity
