As an Associate Software Engineer on the Mobile Supply Chain Management Team, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing product capabilities for handheld devices. You will learn to contribute to the software lifecycle, focusing on bug fixes, quality assurance, and minor feature enhancements. Your work will directly support our operations by maintaining critical workflows like receiving, delivery, mobile barcoding, and picking. You will also work closely with product testers and senior engineers to ensure the quality and stability of our applications.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Software Development: Performing maintenance and developing bug fixes and minor enhancements for our mobile applications using our proprietary programming language.
• Collaboration: Working with business analysts and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, document specifications, and support improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Learning & Support: Operating with a strong sense of ownership and accountability while learning from senior team members and adapting to a proactive, process-oriented culture.
• Quality Assurance: Engaging in discussions with the team to ensure products conform to design and usability requirements. You will work on technical tasks like unit testing to ensure code quality and stability.

What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or similar in software engineering or computer science.
• Proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented Programming language (e.g., Kotlin, Swift, Java, C#, Python).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn new, specialized technologies.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to learn how business issues may impact overall end-to-end business processes.
