Job Summary

The Security Analyst assists in creating and fostering security and anti-fraud awareness in the organization by conducting through risk assessments, designing effective training materials and ensuring that all employees are informed about security protocols and anti-fraud measures.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Processes travel security maps and suggest changes in response to insurgency and terrorist related incidents.
  • Conducts dynamic risk assessments to regularly update area risk ratings in response to changing security environments, including insurgency and terrorist threats.
  • Conducts data driven portions of security risk assessments for sites, based upon internal and external data.
  • Develops training materials and assist the security operation department head in the delivery of corporate security training.
  • Conduct security briefing to newly hired employees and debriefing to terminated employees.
  • Assist HR and other departments in the performance of their functions that impacts security and anti-fraud.
  • Participates in security audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulation and standards.
  • Collaborates with law enforcement and intelligence agencies to enhance the organization's security strategies.
  • Assists in the development of contingency plans for emergency situation.
  • Evaluates new security technologies and tools to enhance the overall security infrastructure.
  • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • A total of 3 to 5 years of experience in security risk assessment or a related role is required.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential for utilizing internal and external data for informed security decisions.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs focused on security awareness.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey security concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience in adapting security protocols in response to evolving threats is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate a proactive approach to fostering a culture or security awareness within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
