  • Inspect and verify incoming raw and packaging materials against specifications, COAs, and supplier documents.
  • Check identity, labeling, and physical attributes (color, odor, texture, appearance) of materials and products.
  • Quarantine and report non-conforming or suspect materials/products to the QA/QC Specialist
  • Collect, label, and store retention samples with proper documentation.
  • Ensure production areas, equipment, tools, materials, and personnel comply with GMP requirements before and during operations.
  • Monitor employee hygiene and grooming practices.
  • Conduct repacking process checks, including fill weight verification, at defined intervals.
  • Perform 100% QC verification of finished goods to confirm compliance with packaging, labeling, and quality specifications.
  • Document all inspection findings, discrepancies, activities and inspection reports.
  • Escalate issues, recommend corrective actions, and issue GMP tickets for violations.
  • Conduct weekly GMP audits in the warehouse and monthly GMP audits in production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • College level/graduate with any related science course.

Experience:

  • Minimum of (6) months relevant experience in QA/QC or related role.

Knowledge:

  • Calibration and verification of measuring devices.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and quality inspection practices.
  • Sampling procedures and retention handling.
  • Non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Document literate (record-keeping, reporting, filing)

  • Flexible and willing to perform cross-functional tasks when needed
