  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the procurement of goods and services for the company.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to forecast material requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
  • Supervise and guide purchasing staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training for team members.
  • Allocate workloads and monitor team productivity.
  • Implement and maintain purchasing policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Resolve supplier issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, and billing disputes.
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations regularly.
  • Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, and expenditure analysis for management review.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
