  • SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of significant experience in full Stack application ( FE / BE ) development using Angular, React, React, Redux, Context API, Zustand, PHP/Laravel/Laragon, React, Python/Django/Flask, C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, ExpressJS, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, Typescript, GraphQL is a plus.
  • Ability to build, consume, and document APIs and connect systems or services.
  • Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.
  • Familiar with Git-based workflows using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Knowledgeable and idea to write and run unit/integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or PHPUnit.
  • Ability to build mobile-first and cross-browser compatible applications.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), containerization (Docker), and deployment to platforms (e.g., Netlify, Vercel, AWS, Heroku).
  • Can maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and systems.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize code for performance.
  • Ability to work with UI/UX designers to implement user-centric designs
  • Can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver on deadlines.
  • Shows initiative in learning new technologies and best practices.
  • Typically a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area is expected.
  • Relevant project experience from academic, freelance, or internship work is an advantage.
  • Understanding of common security practices such as input validation, authentication, etc.
  • Familiarity with services like AWS, Azure,MongoDB,Postgre or Firebase is a plus.
  • Having a portfolio site or public repositories demonstrating hands-on work is highly valued.
  • Experience in Accounting and ERP system development is a plus
