About us

GERONA ENTERPRISES is a specialist in the construction of bridges, ports and wharves. We have varied experiences, both offshore and onshore, in heavy pile driving of reinforced concrete, steel and composite pile. We have installed different kinds of pier heads; finger wharves; mooring buoys; breasting and mooring dolphins with accessories like rubber fenders, mooring bollards and others. All other works necessary for the construction and maintenance of port facilities like dredging works and installations of cathodic protection and pipelines. We have also done various reclamation and shoreline protection projects. The work also includes drainage and river control system as well as construction, rehabilitation and improvements of roads with massive earthworks, steelworks and concrete works.

Qualifications & experience

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Computer-literate with good communication skills especially the ability to interact with external clients
• Can work under pressure
• Must be technically competent in various machines, equipment, and machines.
• WITH OR WITHOUT LICENSE CAN APPLY (salary rate may vary)
• WILLING TO WORK IN ILIGAN CITY

Tasks & responsibilities

• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services
• Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Assist the technical team in the process of troubleshooting mechanical equipment and help solve problems
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting a regular inspection, implement a preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance
• Conducts regular inspection of all equipment and facilities
• Track and communicate work request status and completion
• Monitor Construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed
