Job Summary

The Stainless Steel Assembly Personnel is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing stainless steel components and structures according to specifications. This role involves reading blueprints, cutting, fitting, welding (if required), polishing, and ensuring that assembled products meet quality and safety standards. The position requires attention to detail, knowledge of stainless steel handling, and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and machinery in a workshop or production environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or work orders for stainless steel fabrication and assembly.

  • Cut, shape, drill, and fit stainless steel components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.

  • Assemble stainless steel structures, parts, and products according to specifications.

  • Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing work to ensure a high-quality surface finish.

  • Inspect assembled products for accuracy, alignment, and quality compliance.

  • Follow proper handling techniques to prevent damage or contamination of stainless steel materials.

  • Collaborate with supervisors, welders, and other team members to complete production requirements.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

  • Adhere to workplace safety standards and company policies at all times.

  • Assist in loading, transporting, or installing assembled stainless steel products when required.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma, vocational certificate, or technical training in metal fabrication, welding, or related field.

  • Proven experience in stainless steel assembly, sheet metal work, or fabrication is an advantage.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.

  • Skilled in using hand tools, grinders, drills, and power tools for metal assembly.

  • Knowledge of stainless steel properties, finishing, and polishing techniques.

  • Basic welding skills (TIG/MIG) are preferred but not always required.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and craftsmanship.

  • Physical ability to handle, lift, and assemble stainless steel parts.

  • Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards in all tasks.

  • Willing to be assigned full-time in Lipa, Batangas.
