Junior Architect

• Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and presentations, including creating 2D and 3D models using CAD software.
• Prepare and refine detailed architectural plans, drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, conduct site analysis, and report findings to senior staff.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and relevant standards.
• Assist with preparing project proposals, reports, and meeting materials.
• Research materials, construction methods, and relevant building codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder of architecture or any related field

• Experience in rendering and graphics

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
