QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be well-versed in AutoCAD operation and layout.
- Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting plans.
- Know how to generate combined services drawings and shop drawings.
- Knowledgeable in 3D/Sketchup, can do shop drawing and as-built plan in Civil, MEPFS, and Survey works
- Must be able and willing to relocate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the preparation of design, shop, and as-built drawings as required during the construction, survey, designing, tendering, etc., of projects.
- Prepares/revises detailed drawings using computer-aided design software as required.
- Works with project engineers, surveyors, designers, etc., to ensure accurate drawings are produced.
- Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
