QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Vocational Certificate in any electrical-related course is a must (NCI and NCII)
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as foreman
  • Willing to be assigned around Luzon area

DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitor and report the status of all the constructions inside the subdivision.
  • Create and maintain construction schedules.
  • Liaise with property owners and tenants.
  • Order materials as needed.
  • Ensure that projects remain within the allotted budget.
  • Ensure that safety protocols are followed
