  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments with the client
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Assist in the Shipping arrangements and order of the client
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense and other reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from managers
  • Any other related task assigned by the Management.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree in any field

● atleast 6 months of experience in E-commerce Customer Service

● Knowledgeable in social media and E-commerce Platforms

● Experience in handling online queries and email messages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,300.00 per month
