CAD Operator

About the role

We are seeking a talented CAD Operator to join our team at @Specialist'. As a CAD Operator, you will play a crucial role in our Engineering Drafting department, using your technical expertise to create accurate and detailed engineering drawings and designs. This is a full-time position based in Bacoor City Cavite, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Utilizing CAD software to produce engineering drawings and designs that meet project requirements and industry standards
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret design briefs and translate them into technical drawings
3. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all drawings and designs, adhering to company policies and procedures
4. Maintaining and updating CAD libraries, templates, and other related resources
5. Providing support and guidance to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest CAD software, tools, and techniques to continuously improve productivity and efficiency

What we're looking fort

1. Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques
2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate technical drawings
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret design requirements and find effective solutions
4. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
5. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support the development of others
6. Relevant qualifications or certifications in engineering drafting or a related field
