Electrical Instructor

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Electrical Instructor to deliver classroom and hands-on training in electrical installation, maintenance, and industrial control systems. The role is focused on helping students gain practical skills and solid theoretical foundations needed for the electrical trade and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and practical sessions.
• Teach electrical principles, safety standards, and workshop practices.
• Supervise, assess, and guide students' progress.
• Maintain a safe, organized lab and classroom environment.
• Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Keep student records and reports up to date.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training, and professional development.
• Support program promotion and occasional industry visits.

Qualifications:

• TESDA National Certificate (NC II/III/IV) in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred
• TM I (Trainers Methodology Certificate Level I) issued by TESDA.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or related fields.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• Workshop and classroom environment at MFI's main campus in MFI Bldg. Ortigas Pasig City (Landmark: Medical City)
• May require occasional field work or industry visit
• Regular working hours with possible overtime during peak enrollment or special events.
