CIVIL ENGINEER (SITE ENGINEER)

We are looking for a highly motivated Site Engineer - Civil to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the engineering process and experience in managing projects from start to finish.

Job description

· Experience in Land Development

· In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.

· Proven track record for managing personnel and material resource.

· Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager or to immediate head.

· Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.

· Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

· Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.

· Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

· Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering

· PRC license is an advantage BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT

· At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction site supervision of a residential development company with excellent hands-on construction skills (horizontal projects)

· Proficiency in relevant software (CAD, project management tools)

· Possibly can start immediately

· Willing to Stay in and Relocate TUY SOLAR POWER PLANT BATANGAS PROJECT

· Willing to Final Interview to our SITE OFFICE (Bgry.Mangahis, Tuy, Batangas)

· Salary commensurate to experience.

· Must be willing to be employed on a project-based employment contract
