  • Proficiency in concrete mix proportioning, statistical process control, and troubleshooting of quality issues.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and conduct field quality checks as necessary.
