Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the HRI sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify key market opportunities and set sales targets for the HRI segment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the HRI sales team.
  • Set individual and team performance goals; monitor KPIs.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance sales capabilities.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key HRI clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals.
  • Address escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for the HRI segment.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing, trade, and logistics teams for campaign support and order fulfillment.

5. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new HRI accounts and partnership opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to increase market share and penetration in the HRI segment.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in HRI sales, preferably in FMCG, foodservice, or hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HRI segment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
