We're looking for Telephone Interviewers who can:

  • Jump on outbound telephone interviews in a professional manner
  • Follow the interviewing guidelines and actively listen to respondents
  • Capture responses accurately in the system provided
  • Schedule, manage, and follow up on survey calls
  • Escalate technical issues, respondent concerns, or unusual cases to the supervisor
  • Track progress, maintain records, and provide regular updates
  • Support projects with script testing and administrative tasks as needed
  • Always follow confidentiality, data privacy requirements, and RONIN quality standards
