QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field

Preferably with 1-2 years' experience

Knowledge of medical equipment and instrument

Knowledgeable of medical device regulatory standards and processes.

This is a full-time job.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide technical support, maintenance and repair services in all equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems

Install and configure new systems

Prepare procedures and write technical reports

Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of medical equipment

Document service activities and records

Scope of work

As a Biomedical Equipment Service Specialist, he/she is tasked to fulfill the following:

Competence and Initiative

Research and identify solutions to biomedical equipment including software and hardware issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to installed equipment and/or equipment offered with service contract.

Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.

Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Plan and anticipate possible itinerary and its outcomes ahead of time.

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

Good Customer Relationship and After-Sales Service

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

Follow up with clients to ensure equipment are fully functional after troubleshooting.

Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue.

Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Teamwork

Support the team by accomplishing individual and group tasks.

Follow the sequencing of demo-pullout assignment.

Prepare accurate and timely reports every week.

Report and discuss issues and assigned technical topics during weekly meeting.

Maintain respect and empathy towards fellow employee.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
