Core responsibilities

  • Maintenance supervision: Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes.
  • Vibration analysis and condition monitoring: Utilize tools like vibration analysis and thermography to monitor equipment health and performance, identify potential failures, and support root cause analysis.
  • Team leadership: Lead and develop a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and training on proper work methods.
  • Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, including alignment, unbalance, and bearing failures, and ensure work is performed to quality standards and specifications.
  • Safety and compliance: Enforce safety procedures, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems to ensure a safe working environment for the team.
  • Documentation and reporting: Manage work orders, review technical documents, and use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and report on team performance.
  • Turnaround and project management: Assist in planning and executing major overhauls, shutdowns, and capital maintenance projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
