Selenium QA Tester

We are looking for a skilled Selenium QA Tester to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will develop and maintain automated test scripts, validate APIs, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, track defects, and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute Selenium-based automated test scripts for web applications.
• Test RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Design and implement end-to-end happy path workflows to validate system behavior.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Plan, execute, and validate manual test scenarios for new features and product enhancements.
• Identify, document, and track defects in bug-tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve development and QA processes continuously.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
• Strong understanding of manual testing, QA methodologies, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience designing clear, efficient test workflows and happy paths for complex systems.
• Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control systems (Git preferred).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• 4+ years of QA or SDET experience, with both manual and automated testing expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
