As a Villa Host, We Rely On You To

• Provide a best-fit solution to fulfill the customer needs
• Ensure smooth efficient guest services at all times
• maintain cleanliness and orderliness of villas and suites
• Assist in enhancing the guest satisfaction scores of the hotel

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Obsess over customer experience
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Communicates and write with fluency in English (and local language)
• Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to perform shift works or flexible working hours
• Software Packages MS Word, Excel, Opera System
