About the role
Bayanilife Inc. is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Pangasinan Ilocos Region. This full-time role is an integral part of our healthcare organisation, responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to our patients. As a Licensed Pharmacist, you will be at the forefront of our pharmacy operations, providing expertise and guidance to both our medical staff and customers.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide comprehensive medication counselling to patients, educating them on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain meticulous records and inventory of all pharmaceutical stock
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and share your knowledge with the team
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the pharmacy by identifying areas for improvement
What we're looking for
- A valid licence to practise as a Pharmacist in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficient in the use of pharmacy management software and other relevant technologies
- A passion for providing exceptional patient-centred care and a commitment to continuous learning
