ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and qualify leads.
  • Conduct surveys and gather accurate client requirements for quotes and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Coach and support team members to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities, address gaps, and help drive conversions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, surveying, or service-oriented industries (logistics/moving a plus).
  • Strong communication, client engagement, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare accurate quotes/proposals.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Team player with leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
