  • Job Description:
  • Conduct daily checks on store performance, including product displays and pricing, ensuring all information is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze key store performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales data; prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing sales conversion and enhancing brand visibility both online and offline.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations across digital marketplaces.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the E-Commerce Team Leader.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce Operations.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
