Logistic Lead

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, loss elimination, and process improvement within the FMCG industry.
• Preferably with a background in E-commerce industry (e.g. Lazada, Shoppee, J&T, NinjaVan)
• Experience in conducting or supporting cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
