About the role

Alviera Country Club Inc. is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team in Porac Pampanga. This is a full-time position that will involve providing high-quality spa treatments and therapies to our valued club members and guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during their visit to our world-class spa facilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a range of relaxing and therapeutic spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other specialised services
2. Maintaining a high standard of personal and professional hygiene, as well as ensuring strict cleanliness and safety protocols in the spa environment
3. Offering exceptional customer service and ensuring each client's experience exceeds their expectations
4. Providing guidance and advice to clients on the most suitable treatments for their individual needs and preferences
5. Collaborating with the spa management team to develop and implement new spa offerings and improve existing services
6. Maintaining accurate records of client treatments, product usage, and inventory
7. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional Spa Therapist.
2. A strong understanding of various spa treatments, techniques, and products, as well as the ability to recommend the most suitable services for each client
3. Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional experiences
4. A calm, patient, and empathetic demeanour, with the ability to put clients at ease
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
6. A team player attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the spa team and other departments
7. A valid certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
