  • A Sales Associate provides customers with assistance, knowledge, and a positive shopping experience, handling product inquiries, processing sales, and maintaining store appearance. Key duties include greeting customers, answering questions about products and promotions, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and tidy. The role also involves restocking merchandise, resolving customer complaints, and building client relationships to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, provide friendly and knowledgeable service, and assist them with finding products.

  • Organizational Skills: To keep the store tidy and sales areas well-maintained.
  • Attention to Detail: To ensure accuracy in transactions and pricing.
  • Product Expertise: Be able to answer customer questions and provide in-depth knowledge about the store's products and services.
  • Sales & Transactions: Process customer purchases and returns accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and cash register areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Promotional Awareness: Inform customers about current promotions and sales events.
  • Inventory Management: Restock merchandise and assist with other inventory tasks as needed.
  • Relationship Building: In some roles, building and maintaining relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs is crucial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
