Work Set-up: Office-based / Work from Home Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PH Time Zone
Salary: Php 45,000.00 – Php 55,000.00 gross salary package
Our client is an established Australian cabinetry and joinery manufacturer producing high-quality custom residential and commercial cabinetry. Their operations rely heavily on precision drafting, efficient production workflows, and accurate interpretation of architectural plans. The offshore drafting team plays a key role in supporting their Australian designers, project managers, and production staff.

The Cabinet Draftsperson will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D and 3D cabinet designs, shop drawings, cut lists, and CNC-ready files using Mozaik software. This role requires strong technical accuracy, knowledge of cabinetry production processes, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings. The draftsperson will collaborate closely with Australian teams to ensure designs meet project requirements, compliance standards, and production timelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CABINET DRAFTSPERSON (MOZAIK SOFTWARE)
Your responsibilities as a Cabinet Draftsperson (Mozaik Software) would be:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D cabinet designs and shop drawings using Mozaik software.

• Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and client specifications to produce accurate cabinetry layouts.

• Generate cut lists, material lists, and CNC-ready files when required.

• Collaborate with Australian project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• Revise and update drawings based on client or production feedback.

• Maintain a high level of precision, efficiency, and attention to detail in all drafting outputs.

Additional Duties (As Needed)

• Provide technical input to improve drafting workflows or production efficiency.

• Support documentation and version tracking to ensure up-to-date drawing sets.

Qualifications as a Cabinet Draftsperson (Mozaik Software):
• Proven experience as a Cabinet Draftsperson / Joinery Drafter, ideally for Australian or international clients.

• Strong working knowledge of Mozaik software (essential).

• Familiarity with cabinetry production processes, materials, and hardware.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and joinery plans accurately.

• High attention to detail with consistent accuracy under deadlines.

• Experience with AutoCAD or other design tools (advantageous).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience producing CNC files and cut lists in a production environment.

• Exposure to Australian building or cabinetry standards.

• Background working with custom cabinetry or joinery manufacturing.
