Job Description

As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will safeguard the quality and accuracy of account data across platforms. From auditing and cleansing records to maintaining governance standards, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening operational excellence and enabling smarter decision-making across the business.

Employment type: Project-Based

Shift: Night shift, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a similar role.
• Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or revenue management tools preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and correct data errors.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or business intelligence software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to data quality.

Your Daily Tasks

• Review, audit, and cleanse account data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Strategically review accounts for accurate assignment within proper hierarchies.
• Create, update, and maintain documentation of data policies and procedures.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding sales accounts and provide accurate data-related support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Collections, and Revenue Platform teams to align on customer account activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and other business units as needed.
• Ensure compliance with standards of decision-making and data governance.
• Provide support across the team to meet evolving business needs.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments with professionalism, stress tolerance, and flexibility.
