Software Developer (Python, PHP, or .NET)

Location: Mandaluyong City – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)


About the Role

We are building a premier AI-driven software development team composed of highly skilled professionals. As a Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications that integrate AI models, machine learning, and large language models (LLM). This role requires strong backend and frontend development skills, API integration expertise, and hands-on AWS experience.

You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, problem-solving, and technical excellence, while working closely with internal clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain backend and frontend software components.
  • Build, optimize, and manage APIs and integration points.
  • Ensure applications are functional, reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate models into production systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Participate in agile development processes and client discussions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, PHP, or .NET (experience with Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of full-stack development and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS.
  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or LLMs required.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
