JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise and coordinate boatbuilding/repair production activities on-site.

  • Ensure construction processes follow design specifications, timelines, and safety protocols.

  • Liaise with boatyard personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve production issues.

  • Conduct regular inspections to verify structural integrity and quality standards.

  • Monitor and report progress, material usage, and workforce efficiency.

  • Design and develop plans and specifications for marine vessels and offshore structures.

    QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding, vessel refit, or offshore structure projects.

  • Strong understanding of production processes in a boatyard or FRP marine environment.

  • Proficient in CAD and ship design software.

  • Familiarity with class society rules.

  • Willing to relocate in General Santos CitY
