· Turning on/off selling area and mall lighting based on mall/store hours schedule.

· Replacement and/or rectification of busted lights.

· Monitoring and reading of electrical kWh meter.

· Assist in the replacement of defective electrical equipment such as kWh meters, and circuit breakers.

· Maintenance of electrical rooms (cleaning) & circuit breakers.

· Maintenance of AVR with primary and secondary transformer coil.

· Check & determine malfunctioning circuit breaker and AVR using VOHM and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

· Tracing and trouble shooting of telephone lines, intercoms and other electrical auxiliary if not covered by contractors warranty.

· Maintain existing wiring of outlets and lighting switches, and power supply.

· Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers but not electronic components.

· Repair or replace wiring, or lighting fixtures using hand tools.

· Spot Reading of Temperature with the use of the branch humidity meter.

· Gather data for Lux reading in case they were task to verify the illumination of certain area with the use of the branch lux meter.

· Maintains/observes good housekeeping and safety practices in EE Rooms/Sub-stations.

· Cleaning and checking of fire extinguisher pressure gauge.

· Cleaning of emergency lights.

· Reports immediately pertinent information/s and/or deviation/problems to his immediate superior/FM.

· Documentation and recording of performed task by AV Paule Personnel.

· Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
