Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across a group of companies. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent for various industries, while maintaining compliance and consistency in recruitment practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Oversight
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each business unit's workforce needs
Align hiring plans with organizational goals, seasonal demands, and client expectations
Monitor market trends and competitor hiring practices to stay ahead in talent acquisition
Multi-Industry Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across healthcare, logistics, retail, manufacturing, and other sectors
Customize sourcing and screening approaches based on industry-specific requirements
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists
Coordinate with department heads and client representatives to refine job requirements and hiring timelines
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven recruitment culture
Process Optimization & Compliance
Standardize recruitment workflows across companies while allowing flexibility for unique needs
Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies
Review job descriptions, interview guides, and offer templates for accuracy and consistency
Reporting & Metrics
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction)
Present hiring reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
Recommend improvements based on data analysis and feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manpower or multi-industry setting
Proven leadership in managing recruitment teams and high-volume hiring
Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
