Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across a group of companies. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent for various industries, while maintaining compliance and consistency in recruitment practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment Oversight

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each business unit's workforce needs

  • Align hiring plans with organizational goals, seasonal demands, and client expectations

  • Monitor market trends and competitor hiring practices to stay ahead in talent acquisition

Multi-Industry Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across healthcare, logistics, retail, manufacturing, and other sectors

  • Customize sourcing and screening approaches based on industry-specific requirements

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists

  • Coordinate with department heads and client representatives to refine job requirements and hiring timelines

  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven recruitment culture

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Standardize recruitment workflows across companies while allowing flexibility for unique needs

  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies

  • Review job descriptions, interview guides, and offer templates for accuracy and consistency

Reporting & Metrics

  • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction)

  • Present hiring reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making

  • Recommend improvements based on data analysis and feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manpower or multi-industry setting

  • Proven leadership in managing recruitment teams and high-volume hiring

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
