About the role

As a Customer Service Associate at Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc', you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. In this full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our clients.

Work Schedule: 9 Hours including 1 hour break

Shifting schedule: 6:00AM earliest

10:00PM latest

Work Location: Centuria Medical Makati, Century City Brgy. Poblacion Makati City

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
  4. Providing product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
