As a vital member of Primary Care team, as a Radiologic Technologist, you'll play a key role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic imaging using X-ray technology. You'll work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure patient safety, comfort, and care throughout the imaging process. This is a vital position for those who want to grow their career in diagnostic imaging while making a real impact on everyday healthcare.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and dignity
- Assist patients in proper positioning and educate them throughout the procedure
- Collaborate with doctors to support fast, accurate diagnoses
- Follow radiation safety standards and help troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Maintain patient records and imaging logs with attention to accuracy
- Perform administrative tasks related to radiology procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology
- Must be PRC-licensed (RRT or RXT)
Experience/Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of imaging positioning, anatomy, and radiation safety
- Proficient in operating X-ray machines and basic troubleshooting
- Tech-savvy with good documentation habits
- Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings
Traits:
- Calm, compassionate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic
- Amenable to rotational shifts with graveyard schedule (5-day work week, varying rest days)
