The role focuses on validating inputs, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to established compliance and operational controls (including JSOX). The Specialist is expected to manage high volumes of requests with precision, collaborate closely with Global Data Services, and support continuous improvement initiatives.As theMaster Data SpecialistinJTIGBS Manilayou willExecute day‑to‑day operations across Intercompany Master Data, Price Maintenance, Purchase Info Records (PIR), Material Master Data, Tax Conditions, and Global Data Administration.Process high volumes of vendor and customer master data creation and updates in SAP S/4HANA in line with Policies & Procedures, maintaining a strong focus on accuracy.Review and challenge non‑compliant documentation; address issues with end‑users/requestors while meeting defined KPIs and SLAs.Organize workload to meet daily targets; collaborate closely with the immediate and wider Global Data Services team and take accountability for decisions that enable timely team results.Support the Team Lead by proposing and contributing to optimization, simplification, and automation of processes and systemsPerform assigned JSOX and operational controls in accordance with internal documentationEscalate control failures and ensure mitigation actions are defined, implemented, and tracked.Handle ad‑hoc tasks delegated by the Team Lead.Assist and provide support to other GBS groups within the defined scope of responsibility.Participate in local and global projects as assigned.Execute critical monthly and annual activities and reports within the team's scope.RequirementsUniversity degree in Business, Finance, or a related field3+ years of relevant experience in Master Data Management, Finance, or Supply Chain.Proven track record of maintaining accurate data, adhering to JSOX controls, and promoting correct information across master data processes.Experience working within Global Business Services is a plus.Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.Awareness of data governance principles, with strong understanding of data integrity, ownership, and stewardship.Familiarity with master data domains including Intercompany, Purchase Info Records (PIR), Tax Conditions, Price Maintenance, Material Master Data, and Global Data Administration.Strong analytical skills; able to identify process improvement opportunities and anomaliesEffective collaboration in cross‑functional, multinational environments; exposure to projects, change management, and stakeholder engagement.What to Expect?Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
